The Power of the Spoken Word . XXX ???

Hello everyone,

   Years ago my ten years old 'client' Dora, told me about the problems she was having, with the           girls  in school... Being shy and timid, Dora was picked on and made fun of... Needless to say how unhappy Dora was very unhappy with some of her class school mates...Her mother, who talked to the teacher and the principal got no results... It actually made it worse... Since the school year was coming     to an end, I tried to cheer Dora up: “You are going to camp this summer, where you'll meet a new group   of friends! This will help you become less shy and next year, when you go back to school, this same group   of girls would be very nice to you! It would be the best school year ever!”

   Two months after school resumed, Dora came to see me...“So how is school this year?" I asked         “You know Dr. Shira; this is the best year I have ever had!!”  “Really?!” I said with delight,"What     about the girls who gave you such a hard time last year?" Dora smiled "They are all my friends now!" "Really? How did it happen?!" I asked delighted. Dora looked at me with astonishment: “But Dr Shira You Told me it would be the Best Year I'll ever have in school; don't you remember?!" It amazed me to     realize the power, which the Spoken Wards could have: A Complement or an Insult, a Put Down or a Praise, Positive or Negative predictions by an adult whom the children trusts, will be programed in their Subconscious Mind and Make or Break their future! What a big responsibility, parents as well as teachers have, not only to care for their kids, but for the Inner Child of other adults, as well as of our own! How often have we sad:  “I am so Stupid; I am such an Idiot!, What's wrong with me?! I will never learn! I always make 'A Mass' of  my Life, my Relationship, my Work!”  By doing so, we affirm the Negative Programming in our Subconscious Minds, which are our personal and powerful computers!  

   When I talk about the power of the spoken words, I playfully ask my clients, if they remember what        does the Bible tells us, about 'Who created the world'... When they answer it was God, I ask them 'How Long' did it take God to create the world? Most say Seven days... Actually, the bible  tells us it took God Six Days to create the world: "And on the seventh day God rested... (Not an easy thing to create a world)   I always tease my workaholic clients, by telling them them that “Even God Almighty, rested One Day a Week!”... My next question is tricky: X“What Tools did God use to create the world?" The answer is: His   Thoughts, his Mind and Imagination"... The real answer, is "By his his Words!"...It is written in the Bible that “And God Said: "Let there be light" and there was light! (Genesis 1:3)  God intended to create the world by 'Willing it into Being'; by using his Wards ...  It seems that God gifted us with the same ability   of creating our own world, by using Spoken Words! "This sounds too easy", one may say, Do you know how many times I said I wish I had a Nice House, a New Car and a Loving Relationship? So why am I  miserable at my work, live in  a cramped tiny Apartment, drive an old junky car and being yelled at by   my Boss?” It is not because you can not create your world, by using the power of Thoughts and Words  you have actually been doing an amazing job of creating your reality! However, the problem is that you were using Negative Thoughts, rather then Positive ones! The way to become aware is by paying a careful attention to the choice of our wards... Until no you might have said:"What if this Relationship end  just l like the others before? How can I have a Sports Car, when I can barely pay my Rent?!" Or “I don't know what I am going to do, if I don't get this Job...” These kind of words are a recipe for Failure... In order to manifest our desires, declarations should be short and in the Present Tens and  our wards should be loaded with "Strength and Excitement", as if  we have already accomplished what we asked for!

   When we speak with conviction and visualize clearly what we wan: it would materialize! Richard, one of our  very close friens  immigrated from Argentina to the U.S. in 1962.  At the beginng he worked at the as a Parking Attendant  in one of the fanciest restaurants in Malibu. He once told me, that when he first came to the U.S,  he worked as a Parking Attended and was telling himself when parking a Rolls Royce, that one day heX  would also own one! Eventually, Richard accomplish his dream. One evening he and his wife noticed suspicious  car following their new Rolls, as the two of them were returning home, from a fancy restaurant in Beverly Hills. It was trying to push the Rolls of the road... This scary experiences convinced them to sell the Roles and buy a much less X assuming car, which they used in the years to come...

   

   Monitoring our words and catching ourselves in the process of  getting  stach  in Negative Reality', is      not an easy task... It requires Patience, Alertness and a constant Mental Vigilance, which could be quite exhausting... We should be willing to pay careful attention and catch ourselves wen we  think or talk in a Negative way... One way is to say “Delete, Delete"! Watch out for words like:" Maybe, I'll Try, or "Let's See"... Even a word like "Hope", which sounds positive, may fall under the category of "A wolf in sheep's clothing"...  Instead of saying: "I Hope I'll get the job", say with a  Great Conviction: "X trust  that this job is mine!"  Rather then saying:"Maybe this new relationship is going to work for a change" and "I know for sure that This Relationship Is The One!" Go for it, it really works!
