Hello everyone,
Several years ago, my ten years old client, told me about the problems she was having, with the girls in her class... Being shy and timid, she was picked on and was often was made fun of X.. Needless to say that Dora was very unhappy, about going to school... Her mother, who talked to the teacher and the principal, got no results, it actually made matters worse for her... Since the school year, was coming to an end; I tried to cheer Dora up: “You are going to camp this summer, where you'll meet a new group of friends! This will help you become less shy and next year, when you go back to school, this same group of girls would be very nice to you! It would be the best school year ever!”
Two months after school resumed, Dora came to see me...“So how is school this year?" I" asked her “You know Dr. Shira”, she said with joy: “This is the best year, I've ever had!!” “Really?!”, I said with delight:"What about the girls, who gave you such a hard time last year?" "They are my friends now!" "Really? How did it happen?!" I asked delighted... Dora looked at me with astonishment: “But Dr Shira! You Told me, it would be the best year I'll ever have, don't you remember?!" It amazed me (once again) to realize the power the spoken wards may have... A Complement or an Insult, a Put Down or Praise, Positive or Negative prediction by an adult, whom the child trusts; be programed into the Subconscious Mind and Make or Break their future! What a big responsibility we have as parents, teachers, therapists and adults... Not only to care for our kids, but also for the Inner Children of other adults (as well as of our own!) How often have we sad: “I am so stupid!, I am such an idiot!, What's wrong with me?! I will never learn, I always make 'A Mass' of my life, my relationship, my work!” By doing so, we affirm the Negative Programming in our Subconscious Minds, which are our personal and powerful computers!
When I talk about the power of the spoken words, I playfully ask my clients, if they remember what does the Bible tell us, about who created the world... When they answer it was God, I ask if they can remember 'How Long' did it take God, to create the world? Most say Seven days... Actually, the bible tells us, it took God Six Days to create the world... "And on the seventh day, God rested.."(Not an easy thing to create a world...) I always tease my workaholic clients, telling them them: “Even God Almighty rested One Day a Week!” My next question is tricky “What Tools did God use, to create the world ?" Very few people give the correct answer... The closest they came with was: “His Thoughts... His Mind... His Imagination...” “You are getting closer!"... I tell them, “But the real answer is: His Words!” Most respond by saying: “Oh yeah... Now I remember!” Very few, did not hear the famous verse: “And God Said "Let there be light" and there was light! (Genesis 1:3) The Bible tells us, that when God intended to create the world, he did so by 'Willing it into Being'; using his Words to do so! God, gifted us the same ability to create our own world: The use of thoughts, intentions and our Spoken Words...
"This sounds too easy"... You may say: "Do you know how many times, I said that I would like to have a Nice House, a Great Job, a New Car and a Loving Relationship?! So why am I so miserable at my work live in a Cramped, tiny Apartment, drive an old junky car and being yelled at, by my Boss?” Here is the answer: "It is not because you can not create your world, with the power of thoughts and words: You have been doing an amazing job of creating your Reality! The problem is that so far, you were using Negative thoughts and expectations; rather then Positive ones! Why do we create Negatively? Because we are Not Aware that we do so! How do we become aware? By paying very careful attention to the Choice of our Words... Until now you might have said: "What if this Relationship ends just like the ones before?..." Or "How could I want a Sports Car, when I can barely pay my Rent?!" or “I don't know what am I going to do if I don't get this job?...” These kind of words are a recipe for Failure... However: It is not your fault where they learn that in order to Manifest our Desires, our Declarations should be "Short" and in the Present Tens, like:"I Am Getting this Job!" It should be loaded with "Strength and Excitement!" as if you have already accomplished what you were asking for!

When we speak with conviction, visualizing clearly, forcefully and passionately, what we want: It would materialize! One our close friends Richard, who immigrated from Argentina to the U.S. in 1962; worked at the beginning as a Parking Attendant, in one of the fanciest restaurants in Malibu. He once told me, that when he first came to the U.S, and worked as a parking attended, he would always tell himself, as he was parking a Rolls Royce that "One day, I will own a Rolls!" And guess what? Richard accomplish his dream... However, the Rolls was sold, shortly after a suspicious car, followed him and his wife Orly, after they were returning home from a fancy restaurant in Beverly Hills... The suspicious car, was trying to push the Rolls off the road... This prompted them to sell the Roles and buy less assuming cars in the years to come...
It is very important to realize, that in the up coming reality of the 5th dimension, our dreams, do not have to be about creating in the Material World only... As you go on reading my biography, you will see how I accomplished Most of the wishes and desires I had, since I was fourteen years old and even younger! One of them was; to have a "Movie screen at Home!" so I can watch all the movies I want... It took place, years before Television came to Israel... My latest "Dream", is to help create a better world! However unlike God, the Creator of the Universe, I am unable to create big miracles in my 'much smaller world' (not yet, anyway...) In order to do so, one has to be vigilant and watch out for negative words:"I'll try, I can't, It will never work, I am not sure, Its not for me, It runs in the family; It is hereditary, It is too late, I am afraid of failing, cretin things can not be changed!”And so on... I believe you get the picture and the massage:"Your words have the power to make or break your future!", which means;"The rest of your life!" Please remember to use them wisely and carefully!
Monitoring our words and catching ourselves, in the process of 'Visualizing Negative Reality', is not an easy task... It requires Patience, Alertness and constant Mental Vigilance; which could be quite exhausting at the beginning...We need to be willing to make the effort, pay careful attention and if we catch ourselves thinking or talking in a Negative Way; to say right away: “Delete, Delete"! Then replace the negative with positive thoughts and words! Watch out for words like:"I'll Try"... or "Let's See" Even a word like "Hope" which sounds positive; could indicate 'Doubt' and may fall under the category of: "A wolf in sheep's clothing"... Instead of saying: "I Hope I'll get the job"; Say with conviction: "I trust this job is mine!" Rather then say:"Maybe this relationship is going to work, for a change..." Say: "I know for sure, that This Relationship Is The One!" - Go for it; it really works!

At times, Negativity may fight 'to stay hiding, behind (supposedly) caring and encouraging words, as we tell ourselves: "Don't be disappointed, if you Do Not get the job, after your interview..."Remember that by saying so, you are expressing and creating Negative Expectation! When you 'catch yourself' talking this way, say imminently: "Delete, Delete!" and replace the former negative words, with positive ones: "If the Job is really the right one for me, I will get it! And if not, a much better and more suitable job, would show up at the right time!" There is an old saying in Hebrew, which I am not sure, if it came from the Bible or another source of old wisdom: "Life and death depend on our Tongue!"(our words.) Let's remember it!
